What is the magnetic locking system?
Magnetic locks (MagnaLocs™) eliminate pad separation and sliding during everyday table pad use. They are under the fabric, so they can't scratch your table. You won't see them, but your table pads will stick to each other!

How long until I receive my custom table pads?
Where do you ship?
We ship in the contiguous United States, which is all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
What is your return policy?
As everything we sell is a custom product made just for you, we cannot accept returns. If we have done something wrong to your order (which does rarely happen), let us know and we will make it right!
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products incorrectly ordered by the customer. Unfortunately, we can only offer a discount on another order, due to the high costs of production. I know this isn't the best news but this is a custom made product, and we cannot resell an incorrect pad, due to the customization.
About 3-5 weeks.
We hand make every table pad. When we say 3 - 5 weeks, we know you heard 3, truly we mean 5. If you have a special event, holiday or party just let us know, and we will do everything we can to get your pad in time for your event.
Color Disclaimer
Can I order a table that is not round or does not have perfectly square corners?
YES! We specialize in making table pads of all shapes and sizes! Simply contact us via email at support@tablepadsnow.com. We'll be happy to make you a table pad that fits perfectly!
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color sample images may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual table pad. We do our very best to make sure our image samples are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match. If it is important that the color displayed be exact, it is highly recommended that you request a sample first, before placing the order. After you receive your samples, keep in mind that even the actual sample can have minimal color variations from the finished product.
Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Cherry, does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider to be a Cherry color. Please do not order using color names as your guide, request a sample if there is any hesitation. Please request samples of all colors you wish to consider purchasing to avoid any confusion and color mistakes.
